I went to Island Spa for the first time last Friday between ~3-9pm. All I can say it - wow! I wish I knew about this place earlier. I'm still quite a novice. When traveling in Europe, I discovered how much I enjoy the textile-free spa environment. It's very freeing and I wish that it were more culturally accepted here. I asked several friends if they wanted to accompany me and they said NO lol.

A few hours into my stay I ended up getting a 30-minute scrub which I thoroughly enjoyed. It's probably not for everyone but I found it was very relaxing!

Steam room is VERY steamy. I don't love the nightclub looking floor lighting but it's super clean and never got too busy. I did think that the sauna could have been a LOT hotter so that was a bit disappointing. Tubs were impeccably clean and were all tested at least twice during the time I was there. Towels were always in stock.

Overall a very relaxing time and look forward to visiting again.
