What to Expect

At check-in, staff provides guests with a wristband containing a key and locker number, along with their ID for the duration of the visit. Each guest receives a towel and gender-specific clothing, with extras available as needed. Guests store their belongings in their locker and change into the provided shirt and shorts.

A Korean spa requires comfort with traditional practices. To access the gender-separated spa and sauna floors, guests must refrain from wearing clothing, including bathing suits. The provided towel may be used for modesty. To ensure hygiene standards, guests must shower before entering these areas.

On the co-ed floor and in the jimjilbang, which features exclusive specialty saunas and a full-service restaurant, guests wear the provided shirt and shorts.

When guests need rest, they use tranquil sleeping areas in both the jimjilbang and the gender-specific floors. They access free Wi-Fi to check emails and read magazines or books for relaxation.

Guests make all purchases during their visit through the wristband key, which staff totals at checkout for convenience.
