Age & Guardian Policy

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, please note the following:

Guests must be 18 years or older to enter. A valid photo ID may be required.
Guests over age 75 or those with limited mobility or medical needs must be accompanied by a guardian throughout their visit.
Their staff are unable to provide personalized or medical assistance.

Dress Code & Indoor Clothing

For the comfort and hygiene of all guests, Gangnam observes the following policies:

No shoes are allowed inside the facility. They have a barefoot environment.
Personal socks are not permitted. Approved grip socks are available for purchase and can be reused on future visits.
Spa uniforms must be worn at all times in co-ed common areas.
Outside clothing is not allowed in co-ed zones or the restaurant.

Locker Room & Bathing Etiquette

Gangnam’s bathing areas follow traditional Korean spa customs:

Shoes, sandals, and flip-flops are prohibited in all locker and wet areas.
Guests must be fully nude in the gender-specific bath and shower areas.
Swimsuits, towels, or clothing are not allowed in the baths.
Showers are required before and between using any hot or cold baths.
Long hair must be tied up before entering baths. Full submersion is discouraged.
Phones are not permitted in any shower or bath area.
