I stopped by Bay Spa while I was in town for work, and although i only planned to visit once, i went back 2 more times that trip. When you visit for the first time, the friendly staff will give you a tour of the place that isn’t too drawn out and was actually helpful. you get set up with a uniform for the common area and then head up to the gender-divided wet areas. The locker rooms are clean and the lockers are sufficiently big for your items, and the key-on-a-chain is nice so you don’t have to remember a code. In the wet area, the sauna and steam room get plenty hot, and the hot tub was perfect as well. My only complaint was that the cold pool could be cooler. Other than that, the co-ed amenities and food are great, and i would highly recommend.

Bay Spa is hands down, my favorite Bay Area K-spa. Great restaurant and extremely well maintained, clean facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff, top tier massages/scrubs. Can’t recommend enough!

Met up with a new friend from this sub and checked out Bay Spa. Here are my impressions: Amazing: 1. The showers didn't have the "push button." You could simply turn it on and leave it. Great: 1. It's new so everything is still nice. 2. Friendly staff. 3. 2 small towels, 1 large towel + uniform 4. $40 entry, no time limit 5. 30 min included high tech massage chair 6. Locker room had loads of stuff: q-tips, lotions, dryer, toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, different types of soaps, etc. 7. They had a sleeping room in the locker room. 8. The sauna and steam room were huge. 9. Separate locked locker for shoes 10. Co-Ed cold room, tv room, clay room, salt room, and jade room. The massage chair room was also co-Ed. 11. They also provided slippers for free. 12. Free Wi-Fi for the areas you can have a phone. Bad: 1. Honestly, nothing really. However, I did see several guys come in with shorts on and use the facilities. They were reported but nothing ever happened. It’s odd when everyone is supposed to be nude and some aren’t. General info: Wet area had a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, plenty of chairs, sit down showers, standing showers, sleep room
