First-Time Guests To help make your check-in quick and easy, Gangnam asks all first-time visitors to complete a waiver form. Save time by completing it online before you arrive.
Locker Room & Bathing Etiquette Gangnam's bathing areas follow traditional Korean spa customs: Shoes, sandals, and flip-flops are prohibited in all locker and wet areas. Guests must be fully nude in the gender-specific bath and shower areas. Swimsuits, towels, or clothing are not allowed in the baths.
Showers are required before and between using any hot or cold baths. Long hair must be tied up before entering baths. Phones are not permitted in any shower or bath area.
