Good experience overall. The staff seemed to assume that everyone knows the protocol, so it might not be the best spa for newbies. The wet area was decently large, and I liked that they have a dry sauna in addition to the steam room. It was a little hard to find parking, but given that it's in the New York City metro, there's not much the spa can do about it.
