The first time that I went, the attendant at the front desk did a great job explaining to me what a Korean Spa was, where I can store my things, and the proper etiquette. The staff in the men's area stay on top of the towel supply and ensuring that all guests are following the proper protocol. Definitely a great spa start at if you're a newbie or nervous about going!
