What to know
-The spa does not allow flip-flops and outside clothing in spa areas. -Immersion also provides robes and towels for free. -The spa separates services by gender to ensure privacy and relaxation.

-The wet area closes 15 minutes before the spa’s closing time to allow guests to change and exit quickly. -The spa closes on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. -Guests aged 15 and older can access spa features. -Guests with accessibility issues must bring a properly trained assistant.
