I really wanted to love this place. The facility was nice. I liked the temperature of the sauna and steam room. The hot tub felt great too. The young man who checked me in was nice. However, here is my feedback: 1. It was a little confusing to know where I was going at first. The young man at the front offered to show me around, but I didn't think it would be hard. I should have taken him up on it. 2. The locker room was nice, but there was a man fully clothed hanging out in it watching videos on his phone. He was in there the entire time or he was walking around the men's wet area. He was nice, but he didn't seem to have a role other than to be there and watch videos on his phone. At first, I thought his role was to check-in on things, but I never saw him do that. In an area were everyone is nude, a clothed man on his phone was odd. 3. The showers were either super hot or super cold. I could never get an in-between temp that was comfortable. 4. The hot tub was nice, but they had odd instructions about only holding the button for 3 seconds or it could break. They had a lot of hand made signs everywhere which made things look cheaper or broken. 5. They had "no sexual activity" handmade sings EVERYWHERE. I get it, but it having so many it seem like this was a major major problem for them. It was just odd. 6. The price for the spa pass was $40. I believe it was only for 2 or 3 hours. This seems super expensive except that Immersion Spa is $40 for the entire day. 7. Only saw 4 guys there. 1 was creepy, 2 didn't speak, and 1 man was talkative and kind. I normally go to Immersion Spa in Palo Alto, but I wanted to try this one out. I really wanted to like it, but I probably won't go back. I can get a better deal at Immersion.
